- Start with the problem, don’t start with a product - it’s important to really hone in on the problem you’re solving before you start building
- Validate demand quickly and cheaply - set up a landing page and run ads to it to see if people are willing to pay money to solve the problem. By validating demand quickly, it’ll allow you to make sure the money you spend building out the product will have returns.
